Refund policy
Returns
If you wish to return your online purchase for a full refund* please:
- Request your return (within 14 days of receipt) by writing to us at hello@jackthompsonandco.com
We will then approve and notify you if your return complies with our returns policy and you can then send back the item(s).
- Return the goods in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase.

Please Note:
- Delivery charges are not refundable.
- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.
*Items excluded from this policy are any special orders; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); edible items such as chocolates, biscuits or our range of provisions. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, make a request to us via email at hello@jackthompsonandco.com and we will let you know if the required item is available.
If it is we will ship it to you free of charge, but the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.
